1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Tuna IPTV ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. What Tuna IPTV is — and is not

Tuna IPTV is a media player application — a software tool that plays video streams from URLs you provide. We are not an IPTV service, a content provider, or a broadcaster.

We do not own, host, stream, index, curate, or distribute any television channels, movies, shows, or other media content. We have no agreements with any broadcasters, studios, or rights holders. The App functions like a browser for streams: it opens the addresses you give it, nothing more.

We are not affiliated with any IPTV subscription service or playlist provider. If you were sold access to an IPTV service by a third party, that relationship is entirely between you and them — Tuna IPTV has no involvement.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the M3U playlists, stream URLs, and XMLTV sources you connect to the App. You must ensure that any content you access through the App is legally licensed for your use in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the App to access content you are not legally permitted to view. Accessing copyrighted content without authorisation is illegal and a violation of these Terms.

We are not responsible for any content accessed through third-party URLs you provide. We have no ability to monitor, filter, or control what streams you add to the App.

4. Copyright and intellectual property

Tuna IPTV respects intellectual property rights. We do not host or control any third-party streams. If you believe a stream accessible through the App infringes your copyright, please contact the operator of the playlist or stream source directly, as we have no control over that content.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tuna IPTV and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your access to content you were not legally permitted to view.

6. Subscriptions and billing

The App offers a free tier and a Pro upgrade (currently €29.99, one-time lifetime purchase). Purchases are processed through LemonSqueezy and are subject to their respective terms.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Tuna IPTV and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Stream playback depends on your internet connection and third-party servers outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuna IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will post any changes on this page with an updated date.
