Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for the Tuna IPTV Pro upgrade.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Tuna IPTV Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

To request a refund, simply email us at info@tunaiptv.com with the email address you used to purchase. We will process your refund promptly.

3. After 14 days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may grant a refund if:

  • The App has a critical defect that prevents normal use and we are unable to resolve it in a reasonable timeframe.
  • You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment).

4. What is not eligible for a refund

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • Issues caused by third-party playlists, streams, or IPTV providers — Tuna IPTV is a media player and does not control the content you access.
  • Failure to read the App description or feature list before purchasing.
  • Change of mind after the 14-day refund period has passed.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service.

5. How refunds are processed

All purchases are processed through LemonSqueezy. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Once a refund is issued, your Pro access will be revoked and your account will revert to the free tier.

6. EU consumer rights

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This policy meets or exceeds those requirements. Your statutory rights are not affected.
